The SUNRICHO DM 100 is used during the fuel-washing process and improve the contact of the oil in the water process and aid in the subsequent continuous separation and dehydration of fuel oil, either by centrifugal or electrostatic techniques. After separation, less than 1.5 % of the SUNRICHO DM 100 will be passing to the water. Recommended treat-rate is 50 ppm to 500 ppm , depending of the water-wash process , before separation of the oil and water by centrifugation or electrostatic equipment. The water-wash step will eliminate the soluble contaminants of the residual fuel / crude as the sodium, potassium and other soluble inorganic fuel contaminants.
